Principal Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical leadership for Zscaler’s Zero Trust Browser offerings and take charge of product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales process.

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings with customer executives and practitioners, encompassing high-level executive overviews and in-depth technical workshops.

• Clearly communicate the advantages of browser-layer security measures, which include threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, secure private application access, and Privileged Remote Access.

• Create technical materials such as best practice guides, proof-of-value test plans, demo resources, and reference architectures.

• Execute and assist in proof-of-values, technical assessments, and initial implementations.

• Aid customers in validating architecture, policy design, and operational compatibility for Zero Trust Browser scenarios.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to foster technical victories and drive product improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience in utilizing, securing, or promoting AI-driven solutions.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity.

• Extensive technical knowledge in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls.

• Strong understanding of HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications.

• A proven history of developing technical materials and supporting go-to-market strategies that lead to successful sales results.

• Experience in implementing or securing AI-driven threat detection systems or LLM data loss prevention controls within enterprise browser settings.

• In-depth hands-on experience with Zscaler products and knowledge across Zero Trust Browser, ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector, and Privileged Remote Access.

• Familiarity with browser extensions, browser-layer telemetry, in-browser DLP, and controls that secure user activity across SaaS, web, and private applications.
