Principal Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of products that assist educators in generating income: mentoring, live events, retreats, courses, and the integrated dashboard that connects them all.

• Expand the content library: develop systems to increase the volume of high-quality material available on the platform.

• Identify gaps: Analyze discrepancies between what our community is seeking and the content currently available, and formulate strategies to address these gaps.

• Innovate with AI: envision and create functional prototypes of products prior to their transition to engineering.

• Connect with our teachers: engage with educators to comprehend how they build their audiences, what they offer for sale, and how we can assist them in maximizing their earnings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You have dedicated years to developing products at consumer-focused companies, utilized by millions. You have taken features from concept to production.

• You are a builder: A passionate enthusiast. Product-driven. You desire time to thoroughly contemplate issues and craft elegant solutions independently.

• Familiarity with marketplaces: You have experience building for both sides of the marketplace. Experience with creator-platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of creators: You naturally grasp how creators manage their businesses and generate income.

• Content management at scale: You have overseen large content libraries or the processes that support them, and you understand how to maintain quality as they expand.

• AI-savvy: You can utilize AI in your builds. You can present examples of products you have developed using AI tools.
