This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the intermediary between the client's business organization and software delivery teams.
• Offer expertise to facilitate the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to accurately capture business needs, translating these requirements into functional design specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process flows, while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize requirements.
• Adjust requirements based on project timelines, complexity, and various business drivers.
• Collaborate with both Business and Technical teams to prioritize work and ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Define and document business dependencies and comprehend system intricacies for all integrated platforms.
• Analyze intricate business processes, identify automation opportunities, and reengineer processes to enhance automation potential.
• Conduct data mapping and define all integration aspects between platforms.
• Work with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks, resources, and timelines for successful project delivery, while identifying, documenting, tracking, and communicating risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
• Document assigned feature sets and collaborate with Quality Assurance to validate system functionality, ensuring that developed features conform to specifications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions and guarantee a successful operations handoff for launched features.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
• Demonstrate a high level of independence and initiative while adapting daily workloads to accommodate competing business priorities, completing assignments with minimal supervision.
• Engage in status meetings and other leadership activities related to the project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Web and Mobile platforms and experience working with APIs.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proven experience in leading and facilitating requirement meetings during business requirement gathering sessions or design discussions.
• Knowledge of basic documentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
