This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for G2 UGC.
• Establish signals and systems that enhance relevance, recency, completeness, authenticity, and decision-making value.
• Set standards for coverage and recency across various product segments.
• Balance aspects such as coverage, volume, quality, cost, and speed.
• Collaborate with Research, Data, and AI teams to measure quality, identify trust signals, manage moderation, and ensure safe AI practices.
• Oversee the contributor journey from invitation to contribution, verification, approval, publication, and reuse.
• Create adaptive collection experiences utilizing context, dynamic inquiries, and AI support.
• Specify requirements for offsite, embedded, event-based, and "review now, verify later" collection methods.
• Design and evaluate incentive and value-exchange models.
• Monitor funnels and conduct experiments on completion rates, acceptance rates, costs, defects, and publication timelines.
• Manage customer capabilities related to discovering, configuring, activating, distributing, and measuring UGC.
• Develop reusable interfaces, permissions, integrations, APIs or exports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams to establish activation patterns.
• Link UGC availability and usage to retention and growth outcomes.
• Associate UGC supply and quality with discovery, comparison, evaluation, and decision-making processes.
• Employ trusted evidence and trust primitives in evaluations, comparisons, and AI-driven purchasing experiences.
• Discover and scale new forms of UGC.
• Maintain close relationships with buyers, contributors, and customers to inform the roadmap.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including Principal- or lead-level oversight of customer-facing, data-rich products.
• Proven experience in building contributor-driven, user-generated content, marketplace, identity, community, or trust products at significant scale.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, funnel instrumentation, experimentation, incentive design, and behavioral loops.
• Good judgment regarding where AI can enhance workflows and where human trust, verification, or control must be prioritized.
• Demonstrated success in connecting data quality and product mechanics to customer and business results.
• Capability to lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Operations, and go-to-market teams without formal authority.
• Clear and direct communication skills, along with the ability to make tough prioritization decisions in uncertain environments.
• Experience with B2B software, reviews, research, decision-support, or marketplace products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted collection, creation, evaluation, or moderation workflows is beneficial.
• Understanding of software purchasing journeys and the role of trusted peer evidence in buying decisions is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
