Principal Product Manager, Industrial AI – Engineering & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Define and implement a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategy and delivers measurable customer results.

• Identify significant opportunities by conducting market, customer, competitive, and industry analyses.

• Develop robust investment cases centered on value creation, adoption, scalability, and differentiation.

• Foster growth across both core and AI revenue streams.

• Ensure alignment of strategy across related products or components within the portfolio.

• Lead the complete discovery process in collaboration with Research and Design.

• Interact directly with customers to gain insights into workflows, operational challenges, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate with customers to co-create and validate effective solutions.

• Establish ongoing feedback loops from discovery to adoption.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to adjust direction and ensure return on investment (ROI).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Product Management within SaaS, platform, or enterprise software settings.

• Expertise and knowledge in the Engineering & Construction domain, with hands-on industry experience.

• Demonstrated capability to define and implement product strategy, vision, and measurable outcomes.

• Practical experience in customer discovery, prototyping, and validating solutions.

• A proven history of launching and scaling products from concept to adoption, delivering tangible customer value.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

• A data-informed decision-making approach, utilizing analytics, experimentation, and evidence to guide strategic direction.
