This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Articulate the structure, packaging, and pricing of the HTS API Marketplace capabilities across a portfolio that includes HTS Connect, Search Polygons, Autocomplete, Ranking, Content & Property Mapping, Room Mapping, Deduplication/Auction, Pricing, Extranet, Taxes, and Custom Deals Engine.
• Collaborate with capability Product Managers — responsible for the underlying technical systems — to gain insight into each capability's roadmap, limitations, and customization options, translating this into API products for external consumption.
• Manage the commercial model for the marketplace: making decisions on platform vs. variable fees, structuring take rates per capability, enterprise packaging, and creating a custom deals framework for large partners with diverse customer segments.
• Develop the developer and partner experience from the ground up: create API specifications, partner onboarding processes, documentation standards, sandbox environments, and integration tools that reduce time-to-first-value.
• Leverage AI tools and rapid prototyping to quickly test concepts: generate mock API responses, prototype partner portals, and simulate pricing and ranking configurations before allocating engineering resources.
• Define the go-to-market strategy for the marketplace: collaborate with Commercial to identify suitable partners for each capability, sequence launches, and outline the criteria for a successful commercial rollout.
• Take ownership of the marketplace revenue P&L: model and monitor GBV, take rates, and the economic performance of each capability in collaboration with Finance.
• Determine the sequencing and prioritization across all capabilities: from ongoing projects (HTS Connect, Taxes) to scoping-stage products (Content & Property Mapping, Room Mapping, Deduplication/Auction, Pricing) and capabilities yet to be initiated (Search Polygons, Autocomplete, Ranking, Extranet, Custom Deals Engine).
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including the development of at least one product from inception to commercial release.
• Proven experience in building developer-focused or B2B marketplace products, including taking charge of API product design, developer experience, and commercial packaging for enterprise clients.
• An AI-native approach to work: you utilize LLMs and vibe coding as primary tools for prototyping, rather than as novelties. You have produced working demos, mockups, or proof-of-concepts using AI before handing over tasks to engineering.
• Solid understanding of marketplace economics: take rates, incentives for suppliers, demand-side optimization, and the design of platform vs. variable commercial models.
• Capability to effectively coordinate across various product teams — synthesizing roadmaps, identifying dependencies, and facilitating cross-team alignment without direct ownership of the underlying engineering.
• Experience engaging with external enterprise partners: translating commercial requirements into product specifications and managing partner expectations through multi-phase rollouts.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale transactional or operational datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear API and product documentation.
