This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, requirements, and execution for key aspects of Mytonomy’s platform.
• Convert customer needs, market insights, healthcare trends, and product analytics into well-defined priorities and scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery, research, testing, and data-driven decision-making to validate product opportunities while minimizing execution risks.
• Guide product development across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment from initial concept through to launch and adoption.
• Enhance Mytonomy’s integration ecosystem, which includes EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party healthcare technology solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and client services on go-to-market strategy, launch planning, positioning, messaging, and commercialization.
• Identify ways to leverage AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI to enhance product performance and improve patient outcomes.
• Assess new product opportunities, create investment cases, and evaluate commercial viability.
• Experience in product management within healthcare technology, digital health, patient engagement, enterprise software, or a related sector.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling products that achieve commercial success.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, interoperability standards, and healthcare data environments.
• Experience in utilizing data, analytics, customer research, and market insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI, along with the capability to convert emerging technologies into actionable product opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, develop business cases, and align product initiatives with growth objectives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences including product, engineering, commercial, clinical, and executive teams.
• A collaborative leadership style, demonstrating a history of mentoring others, fostering alignment, and achieving results in complex environments.
