This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product strategy and launch an initial product line for a GenAI Appeals solution in Provider Revenue Cycle Management.
• Act as the Single Threaded Owner responsible for the development and rollout of a new product line within a 12-month timeframe.
• Define and manage the Proof of Concept product strategy and its launch to beta clients.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for New Product Introductions.
• Foster alignment among sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementation teams.
• Interact directly with customers through regular onsite travel to facilitate product development, sales efforts, and implementation.
• Promote the product at tradeshows, webinars, and various experiences.
• Influence product direction by engaging with senior business and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to create scalable, repeatable, and value-driven products.
• Manage products comprehensively from discovery through scaling and optimization.
• Guide prioritization decisions by balancing customer value, growth potential, and technical risk.
• Conduct competitive analysis to guide differentiation and positioning strategies.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to inform strategic choices.
• Align product features with revenue opportunities and customer outcomes.
• Lead product practices and ensure effective delivery.
• Over 1 year of experience in 0-1 new product development within a healthcare technology organization.
• More than 3 years of experience in product management in the healthcare technology field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Provider Revenue Cycle Management in a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology firm.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology, particularly Revenue Cycle Management.
• Familiarity with leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
• Experience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010 standards.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams towards common goals.
• Technical and architectural acumen.
• Capable of producing high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documents.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
