This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of intricate or multi-product AI initiatives, including the AI platform and solutions.
• Assess market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape to uncover AI opportunities and develop business cases.
• Convert stakeholder and customer needs into technical documentation, taking ownership of refinement and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, R&D, Enterprise Product, finance, legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee comprehensive program management for AI features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
• Manage AI technical projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, overseeing schedules and eliminating obstacles.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for AI product success and provide insights for quarterly business reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to align business requirements with AI product strategy and senior stakeholders.
• Act as an AI product subject matter expert to support client engagement from pre-sales through delivery.
• Articulate business requirements and product value to executives and external partners.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise in AI and design efficient processes.
• Propel AI adoption across the portfolio alongside operations teams.
• Mentor, guide, and offer support to Product Managers and Analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a product manager leading product development strategy and lifecycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience in AI or related domains.
• Over 1 year of experience with AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT, claims processing, and data analytics sectors.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development processes.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including data collection, interpretation, market-trend analysis, and roadmap prioritization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making.
• Experience in mentoring team members or contributing to the development of team capabilities.
• Familiarity with user research, customer interviews, and usability testing is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, execution capabilities, stress management, adaptability, resilience, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as directed by Leadership (10-15%).
• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity, an appropriate office setup and maintenance, and a secure work area.
• Must be capable of remaining stationary for extended periods and handling equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
