Principal Product Manager – Finom AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and roadmap for AI-driven product experiences

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers as a technical counterpart

• Continuously prototype to drive results

• Explore innovative approaches to achieve outcomes

• Maintain a balance between speed and thoroughness in experimentation

• Develop a commercial rationale for your designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated PM experience at Principal/Lead level, preferably with direct exposure to AI/ML-driven products

• Technical fluency to engage effectively with AI Engineers

• Entrepreneurial background in navigating ambiguity

• Strong capabilities in systems thinking

• Comfort with commercial discipline
