Principal Product Manager – Engineering & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement a distinct product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategy and quantifiable customer outcomes.

• Uncover high-impact opportunities through comprehensive market, customer, competitive, and industry analysis.

• Develop compelling investment cases that emphasize value creation, user adoption, scalability, and distinctiveness.

• Propel growth across both core and AI revenue channels.

• Lead the complete discovery process in collaboration with Research and Design.

• Interact directly with customers to gain insights into their workflows, operational difficulties, and desired results.

• Collaborate with customers to co-create and validate solutions.

• Utilize AI/ML and automation to improve operational decision-making and streamline workflows.

• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and scaling; integrate functional, technical, and commercial requirements seamlessly.

• Articulate and convey a clear product differentiation and value proposition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (6+ years) in Product Management within SaaS, platform, or enterprise software settings.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the Engineering & Construction domain, with hands-on industry experience.

• Proven capability to define and implement product strategy, vision, and measurable outcomes.

• Practical experience in customer discovery, prototyping, and solution validation.

• Successful track record of launching and scaling products from concept to user adoption, delivering tangible customer value.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization abilities.

• Data-driven decision-making approach, utilizing analytics, experimentation, and evidence to steer direction.

• An inclination towards AI technologies.

• Experience with developer platforms, application frameworks, data services, or AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications is desirable.

• Previous exposure to commercial responsibilities such as pricing, monetization, or P&L management is desirable.

• Experience collaborating in global, distributed organizations and working across diverse geographies is desirable.
