• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation for ClickHouse's native connectors and partner ecosystem.
• Establish strong feedback loops with technology partners to foster co-innovation and expand the joint integration surface.
• Closely monitor the competitive landscape to develop robust, data-driven insights on ecosystem investments that will enhance the business.
• Collaborate with engineering to create a roadmap that balances connector stability, ClickHouse feature coverage, and the developer experience.
• Assess and communicate the business impact, ROI, and customer success of the connectors portfolio to leadership.
• Elevate the visibility of the ClickHouse ecosystem through conference presentations, blog articles, technical content, and community involvement.
• Develop a design partner program to gather early customer feedback and co-create solutions with highly engaged users.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise in the modern data integration landscape, including streaming, orchestration, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or developer-facing platform products. Engineers transitioning to product management with significant experience in this area are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with high levels of ownership and minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present roadmap strategies and trade-offs to engineering leadership and executives.
• Experience working with open source software or developer-centric products is required.
