đź“‹ Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for a new product area, developing capabilities that enhance workflows and improve the medication journey and outcomes.

• Spearhead zero-to-one initiatives that introduce automation, intelligence, and operational efficiency into intricate healthcare processes.

• Manage the complete product development lifecycle—from discovery and validation to launch and continuous optimization—utilizing real-world performance data and insights into user behavior.

• Develop solutions that tackle essential healthcare workflow challenges, such as documentation requirements, clinical data capture, rule variations among stakeholders, submissions, follow-up workflows, exception handling, and communication with patients.

• Be responsible for product analytics in your domain, including defining success metrics like cycle times, drop-off points, throughput, and workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features, draft PRDs, translate market needs into clear requirements, and manage risks to achieve milestones.

• Work cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure that solutions align with real-world customer workflows, desired patient experiences, and market dynamics.

• Define and assess the end-to-end program impact, ensuring that product insights directly influence the roadmap, prioritization, and strategic investments.

• Oversee the integration of this product area into TailorMed’s wider product ecosystem, promoting cohesion and consistency across platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise SaaS, including B2B and/or B2B2C products.

• Experience in developing or supporting complex healthcare workflow products, such as provider-facing platforms, administrative workflow tools, specialty medication access solutions, rules-based automation systems, and enterprise healthcare workflow software.

• Strong knowledge of the medication access landscape.

• Experience leveraging AI to drive product innovation.

• Proven strength in product analytics and data-driven decision-making, including funnel optimization, experimentation, and outcome measurement.

• A strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment during growth phases.

• A builder mindset with experience taking products from early discovery to MVP and scaling.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect product strategy to commercial and customer outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

• Experience working in agile development environments, with a solid understanding of modern product methodologies and best practices.
