Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and insights through research.

• Collaborate with leadership and partners to define a multi-year vision and establish OKRs.

• Design, execute, and refine experiments to achieve measurable improvements.

• Lead cross-functional teams to create significant business impact.

• Ensure compliance of products with regulatory standards.

• Develop product narratives and effectively communicate priorities across various functions.

• A total of 12+ years of experience, with 7-10+ years specifically in product management.

• A strong passion for enhancing the financial well-being of members.

• Proven experience in tackling complex challenges and making decisions based on data.

• A successful history of launching and iterating on impactful products.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise documentation.

• Resourceful and solution-driven execution abilities.

• Experience in bringing new financial services products to market (0-1 experience).

• Background in leading and collaborating with distributed teams.
