Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Product Ownership — encompassing discovery, design, specifications, delivery, and outcomes.

• Develop a product-focused sales engine — including onboarding, activation, upgrade triggers, PQLs, and viral loops.

• Facilitate integrations — with CLMs, HRIS, document management, and email; establish data models and API contracts, emphasizing permission models and ethical walls.

• Conduct product research — perform competitive analysis, user interviews, workflow mapping, and market sizing; distill findings into a clear product direction.

• Engage with GCs, legal operations, and HR leaders regularly — cultivate insights from actual workflows rather than mere feature requests.

• Deliver rapidly — streamline scope, focus on key metrics, and eliminate what isn’t necessary.

• Collaborate across time zones — working with a distributed team spanning the US, India, Ireland, and Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineering background — you are capable of reading code and reasoning about systems.

• Strong product intuition and design skills — transitioning from problem identification to wireframe to a shipped product.

• Expertise in product research — you manage discovery processes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and convert research into roadmap decisions.

• Proficiency in agentic AI — you utilize Cursor agents, Claude, and similar tools on a daily basis.

• Experience in product-led sales — you have constructed self-serve funnels, activation flows, and usage-based sales indicators.

• Exceptional ownership and speed — you prioritize action and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Insatiable curiosity — whether it's contract law, Kubernetes, behavioral psychology, or anything else necessary.

• Strong design skills — you are capable of wireframing and creating mid-fidelity prototypes as needed without a designer.

• Core data analysis capabilities — you can analyze product usage data, compliance datasets, and qualitative research to derive insights.

• Process experience — you can translate real-world HR and legal processes into the product by encoding workflows and business logic.
