This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead discovery initiatives with DrChrono practices to identify workflow bottlenecks, staff time inefficiencies, and opportunities for patient self-service.
• Redesign the Message Center to enhance prioritization, routing, response, and resolution processes.
• Assist in delivering a contemporary patient portal that minimizes calls, messages, manual intake processes, and routine front-office tasks.
• Streamline scheduling and administrative workflows through simplification, automation, and the reduction of workarounds.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams on product initiatives, requirements, acceptance criteria, and real-world workflow testing.
• Leverage data and customer insights to pinpoint high-impact opportunities.
• Coordinate with support, implementation, sales, and customer success teams to ensure well-understood, adopted, and measurable product launches.
• Establish metrics for administrative time per visit, message resolution rates, portal adoption, scheduling conversion, task completion, support workload, and staff satisfaction.
• Decrease the administrative workload from roughly 8 minutes per visit to below 4 minutes.
• Proven product leadership with a focus on workflows, results, and systems.
• Recognition that healthcare software should alleviate work rather than merely digitize existing processes.
• Exceptional customer discovery skills with the ability to differentiate between symptoms and root causes.
• Strong understanding of product mechanics, including strategy, sequencing, requirements, acceptance criteria, validation, and launch quality.
• Capability to influence product, engineering, design, support, implementation, and go-to-market teams.
• High standards, low ego, and a strong bias towards measurable customer impact.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American office locations as required.
