This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for solutions centered on healthcare that align with company goals and customer requirements.
• Convert market opportunities and customer insights into prioritized product specifications and actionable development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance of products with country-specific regulations.
• Showcase the capability to utilize AI tools to enhance product management efficiency, improve decision-making, and optimize operational processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to analyze customer feedback, consolidate research, spot trends, and expedite documentation creation.
• Lead the gathering of requirements, prioritization of backlogs, development of user stories, and definition of acceptance criteria.
• Work in partnership with engineering and architecture teams to harmonize innovation, scalability, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, customer enablement, training sessions, and executive presentations.
• Preferred experience in the software industry and ERP systems.
• Practical experience in strategic planning and developing business cases.
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
• Capability to convert intricate regulatory and operational needs into scalable product solutions.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience with a record of success and knowledge preferred.
• At least 2 years of specialized or industry-related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
