This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish the vision for what an AI-native marketing partner should evolve into for Bridgeway, Adobe’s agentic marketing partner catering to small businesses and solopreneurs.
• Guide products from ambiguous customer challenges through phases of discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Engage with customers to transform their insights into straightforward product solutions.
• Determine what needs to be developed, what should be avoided, and the critical learnings required initially.
• Design agent-based solutions that can reason, take initiative, coordinate tasks, learn from feedback, and act on behalf of customers.
• Transition seamlessly between strategy development, prototyping, customer engagement, data analysis, writing, and execution.
• Influence how Bridgeway comprehends businesses, formulates strategies, proposes campaigns, coordinates specialized agents, executes tasks, and secures permission for greater independence.
• Clarify product evaluations, enhance team decision-making processes, and create streamlined systems that boost operational speed.
• Collaborate effectively with product, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and executive teams.
• Extensive experience in developing and scaling customer-facing software applications.
• Proven history of guiding products through the stages of early discovery, launch, adoption, and iterative refinement.
• Practical experience in creating AI products or a rapid understanding of LLMs, agents, memory systems, evaluations, orchestration, and responsible deployment considerations.
• Capability to establish meaningful success metrics, interpret incomplete data, design experiments, and differentiate genuine customer value from superficial interactions.
• Openness to conduct customer interviews, draft product copy, create prototypes, evaluate product performance, analyze usage patterns, and collaborate closely with designers and engineers.
• Proficiency in navigating customer, product, and execution perspectives.
• Skill in fostering strong relationships across product, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and executive teams.
