This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Transform strategy into comprehensive product roadmaps, execution strategies, milestones, and measurable results.
• Take ownership of roadmap creation and prioritization for enterprise data hub, AI-ready data products, conversational analytics, data-as-a-service, bring-your-own-data initiatives, semantic data models, and AI value realization efforts.
• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms as integral data and AI products.
• Make and convey prioritization choices to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Lead the intake process, discovery, and backlog refinement for stakeholder requests.
• Translate business requirements into product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, business value propositions, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, applied AI, architecture, governance, and business stakeholders to define, sequence, and execute roadmap objectives.
• Monitor roadmap advancement, risks, dependencies, obstacles, decisions, and stakeholder commitments.
• Promote adoption and assess product health, including usage, reuse, data quality, freshness, stakeholder satisfaction, and realized business value.
• Facilitate executive communications through updates on roadmaps, delivery status, trade-off decisions, and summaries of business impact.
• Ensure alignment across Airtable, Jira, Wiki, and related planning and documentation platforms.
• Transition delivery from reactive execution to a scalable suite of reusable, governed AI and data products managed by Autodesk.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in owning roadmaps for data, analytics, or AI/ML platform products.
• Strong understanding of data and AI principles, including semantic data models, data pipelines, and machine learning/generative AI applications.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, architecture, and governance teams to define and deliver intricate, cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in presenting roadmaps, trade-offs, and business impacts to executive stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Jira, Airtable, and Confluence/Wiki.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
