Associate Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain clean databases by reviewing clinical trial data via CDMS or external data listings.

• Ensure that the captured data adheres to the protocol and the guidelines set forth in the Data Management Plan.

• Contribute to and evaluate Data Management Plans for clinical study deliverables.

• Generate queries to address data issues with internal or external personnel.

• Review responses to queries, resolve discrepancies, and update databases as necessary.

• Assist in the development of CRFs and edit check specifications according to the protocol.

• Take part in user acceptance testing for CRFs and related edit check specifications.

• Support user acceptance testing for study-specific data listings.

• Document preparation and maintenance for CRF, edit check, and data listing testing, including follow-up testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical, clinical, or health-related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working with commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products (e.g., Oracle RDC / Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc.).

• Alternatively, demonstrated experience in all primary job functions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Proven capability to ensure a successful customer experience through positive interactions, timely deliverables, and ownership of tasks.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
