This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Take charge of the Analytics pillar strategy and roadmap, which encompasses web analytics, digital experience analytics, marketing analytics, and app (product) analytics within Siteimprove’s agentic content intelligence platform.
• Articulate Siteimprove’s unique analytics positioning: identifying our target audience, highlighting our superior capabilities compared to competitors, and outlining our strategy for success in a competitive landscape.
• Foster a cohesive and straightforward user experience that integrates insights across various analytics disciplines, ensuring consistency in entities, navigation, and workflows to minimize fragmentation and enhance user adoption.
• Develop a strategy for ecosystem integration across vital partner categories (tag management, BI, CDP/CRM, ad platforms, experimentation, consent/privacy, data warehouses) which includes recommendations for build versus buy versus partner approaches.
• Create proactive insight systems that incorporate anomaly detection, opportunity identification, segmentation, attribution-informed signals, and “next best actions” to guide teams towards achieving their goals.
• Ensure that Analytics effectively supports other pillars by delivering actionable signals and segmentation to enhance prioritization, measurement, and executive reporting for Search and Accessibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to establish data pipelines, identity/consent protocols (where applicable), event and content schemas, governance controls, and reliability SLAs.
• Define and manage a metrics and quality program focusing on instrumentation, adoption funnels, data completeness, latency, accuracy, and customer outcome measurements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes, clear alignment among stakeholders, and practical trade-offs to expedite time-to-market.
• Represent the Analytics pillar both internally and externally through customer briefings, roadmap narratives, executive updates, and provide support for Sales and Customer Success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including responsibility for strategy and roadmap development for complex B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience in building analytics products or data platforms (web/app analytics, marketing analytics, DXA, BI, data pipelines) with a solid understanding of measurement concepts.
• A demonstrated track record of driving simplified, unified experiences across intricate product surfaces and cross-functional data domains.
• Strong technical acumen: capable of engaging in discussions on event models, tagging/collection methodologies, data pipelines, privacy/consent issues, and scalable architecture trade-offs. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and making precise trade-offs. High sense of ownership: you drive clarity, momentum, and results.
