Principal Product Manager – AI Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to PointClickCare’s vision and strategy for implementing AI Models.

• Outline roadmaps for AI Models within the larger AI platform.

• Lead the execution and overall success of AI Models across the product portfolio.

• Utilize healthcare AI development and product experience, tailoring solutions based on customer feedback.

• Advocate for Responsible AI and leverage knowledge of healthcare regulations.

• Develop advanced, transformative solutions from discovery through implementation and delivery.

• Represent the interests of current and future users, residents, and patients.

• Create and implement product strategy and multi-year roadmaps to achieve strategic outcomes and expand wallet share.

• Contribute to the multi-year AI Platform roadmap.

• Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers using Agile methodologies and Design Thinking.

• Assist with product launches, releases, successful adoption, and usage in products.

• Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Promote strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and customers as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.

• Proven success in managing large product lines and driving innovation.

• Experience in developing products with a focus on user experience.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders, prioritize product initiatives, and deliver business results.

• Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge and experience of AI in healthcare.

• Experience in AI development and integrating AI into products.

• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations.

• Proven history of creating transformative solutions from discovery to implementation to delivery.

• Experience in a health tech SaaS environment is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
