This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee account and partner responsibilities for designated (Global Major) accounts within the assigned territory.
• Deliver the ideal mix of hardware, software, and services to address intricate customer requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of bids, proposals, and the presentation of solutions to potential clients.
• Offer targeted solutions, technology, products, and technical sales support for accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospective clients.
• Manage channel partners to enhance business growth and facilitate demand generation events.
• Cultivate account relationships over time to continue providing advice to customers and identify further opportunities; maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecasts in line with regional objectives.
• Maintain competitive intelligence regarding solutions, technology, and product offerings.
• Provide consultative support to key internal and external stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to deliver technical expertise to both sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist the sales team in evaluating the potential application of company products to fulfill customer needs.
• Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products, applications, and solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design and implementation specifications for complex products, applications, and solutions.
• Construct a proof of concept based on customer requirements to illustrate the feasibility of the application, often necessitating rapid prototyping and/or product demonstrations for clients.
• Offer consultation to prospective users and/or conduct product capability assessments and validations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a proven track record in pre-sales support is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a customer-centric approach and the ability to design and manage solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Required ability to engage with senior levels of both internal and external organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Aruba Networking or Juniper Mist Networking.
• Familiarity with routing and switching technologies.
• Expertise in networking security.
• Experience with NAC technologies such as Clearpass, ISE, Cloud NAC, and Juniper Access Assurance.
• Proficient in wireless design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of pre and post wireless site surveys, e.g., Ekahau or Hamina.
• Preferred knowledge level of CWNA, CWDP, CWSP.
