This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with sales representatives, partners, clients, and other internal stakeholders
• Acquiring knowledge of HubSpot products to propose more effective solutions
• Identifying customer challenges and providing technical value to achieve their business objectives
• Engaging in and leading projects related to presales, sales, and the broader organization
• Providing coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members
• A minimum of 6 years in a presales, technical consultant/sales position or a related role
• Proven experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as managing external customer relationships
• Willingness to acknowledge mistakes and an understanding that constructive feedback is vital for personal and professional growth
