This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the main contact point for implementation partners, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources along with both technical and functional assistance.
• Conduct regular status calls with partners to discuss project delivery updates and address any delivery issues.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with partners to enhance the success of OneStream implementations and overall partner achievements.
• Provide strategic advice on the overall health of the partnership and assist with future planning.
• Act as a co-liaison with Partner Alliances, bridging partners and internal teams (Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, Customer Success) to create value by directing partners to the appropriate teams and processes when necessary.
• Notify Partner Alliances and internal leadership of any concerns regarding project timeline deliveries to mitigate risks.
• Offer insights to Partner Delivery Managers regarding the evaluation of partners based on experience with specific implementation partners and their perceived competencies.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with both partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive partners to establish and sustain a Center of Excellence (COE) function within their practices.
• Oversee and support partner-led implementations to guarantee compliance with project delivery standards and partner success.
• Analyze project plans and provide suggestions for enhancing project timelines and ensuring successful go-lives.
• Look for opportunities to boost customer satisfaction and drive adoption through functional enablement for our partners.
• Advise partners on the application of enablement materials based on customer needs and expectations.
• Review partner cases to ensure proper utilization of their internal COE, identifying key deliverables that contribute to partner success. Assist in developing partner seismic pages that contain functional information, new features, and solution content.
• Actively involve partners' COE with Navigator courses, content, and enablement materials.
• Identify areas for enhancement in partner processes and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
• Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for engaged projects and aim to extend this for governance on projects, conducting gap analyses with alliances to strengthen the framework for partner processes and active project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for software implementations within Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) platforms.
• Preferred experience in Partner Success at a CPM/EPM vendor, highlighting implementation and delivery success.
• Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology. A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other relevant professional designations or certifications (in accounting/finance and information technology).
• Expertise in project management, program management, or account management.
• Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic. Familiarity with any object-oriented programming is a plus.
• Prior experience and expertise in the scalability and performance of EPM/CPM products.
• Previous experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with telemetry tools for monitoring EPM/CPM applications.
• Experience with any of the following products is advantageous: OneStream, SAP EPM solutions (including SAP BPC, SAP Financial Consolidation (BFC / Cartesis / Outlooksoft), SAP Analytics Cloud), Oracle EPM solutions (including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud), IBM Performance Management (including IBM Cognos, Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics (TM1)), or other modern enterprise EPM/CPM platforms such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, CCH Tagetik, Board, Planful, Prophix, or Jedox.
