This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as the main point of contact for implementation partners, ensuring they have access to essential resources along with both technical and functional support.
• Conduct regular partner status meetings to review project delivery progress and address any delivery issues.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with partners to enhance the success of OneStream implementations and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Act as a co-liaison with Partner Alliances, bridging the gap between partners and internal teams (Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, Customer Success) with a focus on delivering value by directing them to the right teams and processes as needed.
• Oversee and assist partner-led implementations to guarantee compliance with project delivery standards and partner success.
• Equip and involve partners with functional insights, new features, and solution content.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing partner processes and formulate strategies to boost efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in areas such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for software implementations related to Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) platforms.
• Experience in Partner Success at a CPM/EPM vendor, with a focus on implementation and delivery achievements (preferred).
• Master's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology (preferred).
• A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other relevant professional certifications (related to accounting/finance and information technology) (preferred).
• Expertise in project management, program management, or account management (preferred).
• Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic (preferred).
• Proficiency in any object-oriented programming is an advantage (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes.
• Capability to build trust and develop strong relationships.
