This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage OT security engineering projects, which include the implementation and enhancement of OT security tools, conducting health assessments of current OT security initiatives, making configuration and architectural decisions in partnership with clients and vendors, and directing OT security architecture evaluations.
• Establish and promote GuidePoint's OT service delivery framework, setting technical standards and quality measures for the overall OT practice.
• Create and review detailed service deliverables tailored for both technical and executive audiences, thoroughly outlining technical execution, critical deficiencies, business implications, and strategic remediation plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and the primary technical escalation point for intricate OT projects throughout the practice.
• Continuously enhance and share relevant skills, knowledge, and capabilities to ensure GuidePoint and its clients remain leaders in the OT security sector.
• Build and strengthen senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership and representing GuidePoint at the highest levels.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to develop and distinguish GuidePoint's OT service offerings in alignment with the SANS Five ICS Critical Controls and other prominent frameworks.
• Participate in business development through thought leadership, conference speaking engagements, whitepaper writing, and active involvement in pre-sales and proposal efforts.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency, address challenges, and achieve superior business results.
• Extensive understanding of the Purdue Model Framework and PERA architecture.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in providing security services related to OT.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, deploying, and operationalizing OT security tools such as Claroty, Dragos, Forescout, Nozomi, Tenable OT, or equivalent; vendor certifications are highly preferred.
• Ten or more (10+) combined years of experience in OT network architecture and security design is essential.
• Proven experience in Operational Technology Penetration Testing (OTPT) is required.
• SANS GICSP, GRID, or equivalent advanced OT/ICS security certification is necessary; multiple certifications are strongly preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF/SP 800-82, SANS ICS Critical Controls, TSA Directives, NERC CIP, and other best practice security frameworks for OT is required.
