📋 Description

• Establish clear and consistent operational procedures for the Market Presence CoE and collaborating teams.

• Develop repeatable processes, templates, and metrics applicable across all event tiers.

• Optimize and integrate event and workflow management tools.

• Facilitate scalable models for planning, budgeting, and vendor engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior contract leader tasked with designing, scaling, and operationalizing a global Market Presence Centre of Excellence, focusing on planning, tools, processes, and governance.

• Create a Market Presence CoE Team Playbook that defines roles, responsibilities, workflows, and decision-making authority.

• Complete and implement a RACI model for event planning and execution.

• Define and document the Event intake and request processes, as well as how partner teams interact with the CoE.
