Principal Managed Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for enterprise clients.

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems within customer environments.

• Enhance client system stability by proactively identifying patterns, anomalies, recurring issues, and potential risks.

• Design and implement scalable frameworks, best practices, and solutions.

• Facilitate high-level discussions on value, roadmap planning, executive briefings, optimization programs, and transformation initiatives.

• Develop consultative relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Mentor team members within the Managed Services group.

• Establish and implement standards for knowledge management, enablement content, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Delivery, Transformation Consulting, Customer Success, and regional units.

• Contribute to Valiantys thought leadership through webinars, blogs, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience at a senior level in Managed Services, Atlassian consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or a comparable client-facing technical role.

• Profound technical knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, system stability, integration patterns, and operational best practices.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and devise scalable, sustainable solutions.

• Experience in leading strategic customer discussions, value roadmap planning, executive briefings, or optimization projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

• A consultative mindset that connects technical solutions to business objectives, transformation goals, and measurable customer value.

• Experience in mentorship and coaching.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German is essential.

• Proficient professional communication skills in English.

• Must be able to work from anywhere in Germany.
