This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Audit and optimize the PDLC at the organizational level.

• Design and implement QA automation with AI (goal: 0% human intervention).

• Create standards for steering files to assist AI-driven development.

• Develop internal tools and automation.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines (validations, deployments, regressions).

• Implement systems that enable the product team to launch confidently without incurring technical debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience at the Staff / Principal level.

• Proven track record of improving processes across multiple teams.

• Experience in designing automated testing systems.

• Expertise in CI/CD and deployment automation.

• Advanced proficiency in AI tools.

• Advanced conversational English with technical proficiency.
