This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Utilize extensive expertise across various product domains to aid in solving intricate industry challenges and serve as a mentor or leader to junior team members.
• Oversee the comprehensive design and implementation of functionally and technically robust solutions to complex business issues in travel technology, facilitating the industry's shift from traditional PSS environments to dynamic, AI-driven retailing and Offer-Order ecosystems.
• May oversee multiple significant projects that require innovative solutions to enhance the overall product strategy.
• Engage with both internal and external customers in discussions about business, strategy, and ROI to comprehend how we can provide value.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, consulting, and commercial teams to create compelling solutions that resonate with our clientele.
• Interact with key experts in customer business and technology to understand core business requirements, existing technology, and effectively communicate how Sabre’s capabilities can meet those demands.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of the full functional value of the Sabre suite of products and their integration with other systems.
• Actively engage in and lead process enhancement initiatives, specifically aimed at promoting and operationalizing AI growth and innovation while adopting new industry technology standards.
• Participate in the evaluation and response to complex sales opportunities and RFPs.
• 6+ years of experience in travel technology, preferably with Sabre products.
• Preferred focus areas include: PSS, Offer-Order, Agentic AI, NDC, E-commerce, Payments, Loyalty, APIs, and retail intelligence.
• Highly experienced professional with proven expert knowledge across a diverse range of Sabre products is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives from start to finish, as well as driving extensive process changes.
• Proven ability to manage competing interests by merging essential project management skills with a robust functional and technical background.
• A strong curiosity to explore unfamiliar areas and quickly gain proficiency.
• Experience in designing and documenting complex solutions that span multiple touchpoints.
• Capability to present a compelling solution to a business requirement that is grounded in technology.
• Ownership mentality towards individual and team objectives, employing both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve professional, technical, or operational project challenges in a methodical manner.
• Comfortable in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributed.
• Ability to navigate successfully in a multi-stakeholder environment with often competing priorities, goals, and challenges among our diverse internal and external customers and partners.
• Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
