β’ Collaborate directly with GTM VPs and leadership teams to synchronize cross-functional talent strategies.
β’ Act as a "Culture Mirror" and a trusted advisor for senior leadership.
β’ Spearhead the multi-year transformation of our global Sales organization.
β’ Take the initiative to explore AI technology for automating people processes.
β’ Assess current organizational health and design structures that are ready for the future.
β’ Function as a primary liaison and collaborator for Center of Excellence (COE) teams.
β’ Combine quantitative trends with qualitative insights to critically evaluate root causes.
β’ Over 10 years of HRBP experience, particularly in high-pressure Sales and Marketing sectors within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.
β’ Profound understanding of "classic sales" mechanics.
β’ A proactive enthusiasm for adopting and experimenting with AI solutions for scalability.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing data to pinpoint gaps and implement solutions.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading significant initiatives.
β’ Outstanding capability to influence within complex and matrixed structures.
