This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the configuration and ongoing enhancement of Delinea’s partner portal.
• Manage collaboration processes and engagement protocols between partners and internal sales teams.
• Oversee deal registration workflows, approval service level agreements (SLAs), conflict resolution, and the integrity of audit trails.
• Handle partner lead flow processes, encompassing routing, tracking, and timely actions.
• Administer marketing development funds (MDF), including tracking, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Identify areas of friction through partner feedback, stakeholder insights, and process analysis.
• Develop and sustain an automation and artificial intelligence roadmap for partner operations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to partner processes.
• Establish requirements and engage in vendor assessments for partner relationship management (PRM) technology and associated tools.
• Convert partner process requirements into prioritized needs for the IT and Business Systems teams.
• Collaborate with IT on user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of releases.
• Work alongside Partner Operations, Partner Experience, Partner Ecosystem, Sales Processes, and other key stakeholders.
• Advocate for partner interests in cross-functional planning and prioritization efforts.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Proven experience managing partner-facing systems or processes.
• Practical experience with PRM/partner portal platforms; preference for Channelscaler.
• Familiarity with deal registration workflows and MDF management tools.
• A history of identifying and addressing process friction through partner and field feedback as well as process analytics.
• Experience in articulating clear requirements for IT and development teams.
• Background in participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and release validation.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to function effectively within a dual reporting structure across Sales Processes and Partner Ecosystem stakeholders.
• Preference for experience within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity channel/partner ecosystems.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
