📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with organizers from the Wikimedia movement to identify risks and establish best practices.

• Enhancing the risk management strategy of the Foundation.

• Overseeing risk assessments for community conferences and various events.

• Developing emergency response protocols for physical security threats.

• Being available on-call to evaluate emergency alerts and ensure appropriate responses to threats.

• Providing regular briefings to the Deputy General Counsel and senior leadership.

• Extensive professional background in corporate and physical security across diverse geographic and political landscapes.

• Significant experience in risk management, particularly in a leadership capacity.

• Proven track record in formulating, communicating, and implementing emergency response strategies.

• Excellent networking and analytical abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to maintain composure and clarity in uncertain situations.

• Demonstrated collaboration with subject-matter experts in threat modeling.
