This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design systems for long-term retention and revenue generation, incorporating LiveOps strategies and sustainable economic systems directly into the game design.
• Create, simulate, and balance intricate in-game economies, developing spreadsheet models to predict player progression.
• Propose and execute significant features for the team, breaking them down into manageable components.
• Take ownership of game balancing, pacing, and overall feel across various titles.
• Analyze and dissect mobile game mechanics effectively.
• Always substantiate your proposals with relevant data points.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Proven experience in mobile games and free-to-play (F2P) environments.
• Demonstrated accountability, independence, and responsibility when entrusted with ownership of your work.
• Strong understanding of gameplay experience with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Eager to explore new methods to enhance your work efficiency and committed to personal improvement on a daily basis.
• Expertise in spreadsheets or similar tools.
• Actively employs AI tools in daily workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.
