Principal Functional Consultant – AI Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create holistic AI-enabled solutions within the Workday ecosystem

• Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders in HR, Finance, and IT

• Oversee functional workstreams related to AI projects

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey field insights

• Work in partnership with technical and integration teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation

• More than 2 years of experience in designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven solutions in an enterprise environment

• Strong business insight, with the capability to grasp HR and Finance strategies

• Extensive functional expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials

• Experience in crafting solutions, including leading discovery and design workshops

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Dedication to upholding Workday’s Ethical AI standards
