Principal Fullstack Engineer, Java, React, LLMs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of scalable backend services utilizing Java (Spring Boot).

• Develop and enhance secure, high-performance APIs.

• Provide contributions and guidance on the architecture of React-based frontends.

• Engage directly with LLM/AI technologies (such as Claude or similar), incorporating them into practical applications.

• Promote best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.

• Mentor engineers and assist UI developers in delivering premium quality solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical implementations.

• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience in Java backend development and server-side architecture.

• Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.

• Practical experience with LLMs/AI tools and their implementation.

• Background in designing and building scalable, distributed systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of APIs, databases, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor others.

• Preferred: Familiarity with GraphDB, Scala, or complex data processing systems.

• Exposure to cloud service platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
