Principal Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and creation of comprehensive applications, integrating robust Java Microservices with a contemporary Angular frontend.

• Architect efficient data exchange pipelines by employing FHIR/HL7 standards and API Gateways.

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native, and event-driven distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Maintain data integrity and performance across PostgreSQL and distributed databases such as Google Cloud Spanner.

• Establish engineering best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor agile teams towards successful product rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a substantial background in architectural or principal positions.

• Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Java Microservices, API Gateways, and healthcare compliance standards (FHIR / HL7).

• Strong expertise in Angular for developing scalable enterprise user interfaces.

• Demonstrated experience in architecting solutions on GCP and managing PostgreSQL or Spanner databases.

• Advanced understanding of cloud-native systems, service mesh, and event-driven architectures.

• **Nice to Have**

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly EPIC.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience with GKE, GCS, and APIGEE.

• Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-assisted coding methodologies.
