AI Architecture Engineer – Supply Chain Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold scalable, secure, and low-latency data pipelines and systems to facilitate agentic AI applications.

• Construct and enhance data architectures to aid in the training, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML/OR (Operations Research) models.

• Integrate with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and enable modular data access for various agentic processes.

• Oversee and diagnose data workflows, ensuring the prompt and precise delivery of data to end users.

• Partner with data scientists, project managers, and supply chain stakeholders to identify data requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Extensive hands-on experience in the development of AI agents and AI systems.

• Strong comprehension of LLMs, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and memory architectures.

• In-depth practical expertise in designing data pipelines with various cloud tools such as SnowFlake, Azure, and AWS.

• Acquaintance with co-solution development environments in Scala, Java, or Python.

• Ability to create reports and visualizations using Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, or similar BI tools.

• Prior experience in Operations Research (OR) and deployment of machine learning models.

• Understanding of core business processes (Supply Chain, Operations) gained through direct involvement in these areas.
