Principal Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost aspects associated with the refueling project.

• Effectively liaise and manage communication with customers, contractors, Radiation Protection, site Outage Management, Reactor Engineering, and Operations.

• Proficient in SAP for managing financial accountability and administrative responsibilities tied to the project.

• Familiarity with the Primavera scheduling tool to assist in customer schedule evaluations.

• Ensure the maintenance of procedures, work orders, processes, plans, and briefs.

• Complete the Westinghouse RFPM training or WPMR / EPMO training, which is essential for serving as a PM at Westinghouse.

• Provide support for a PWR refueling outage from the project's initiation through to its closeout.

• Possess knowledge and training to assist with human performance, fatigue regulations, ALARA principles, lessons learned, best practices, and operational experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent industry experience or Naval Nuclear education, along with program experience and leadership skills.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager role.

• Experience in Project Management and Nuclear Plant operations.
