This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system as well as all CAS products.
• Instruct and support physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects concerning CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and efficient use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales prospects.
• Work together with the local sales team to provide customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Engage and communicate with the sales and clinical teams within the region.
• Act as a proficient Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, services, and assistance.
• Serve as a regional advocate to share your expertise and encourage others to excel in the mapping technology.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degree combined with at least 8 years of pertinent work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of applicable work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular studies, life sciences, or a technical field with at least four years of experience in the cardiac sector, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in technical training roles.
• Background in the cardiac catheter ablation domain, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
