This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate with new Silver partners and others as needed to effectively implement OneStream solutions.
• Engage with partners prior to the project initiation to establish roles and responsibilities.
• Support partners in preparing for design workshops after discussing and reviewing documented requirements.
• Co-facilitate customer design sessions with partners, providing coaching on the creation of design documentation.
• Offer guidance to partners on design throughout the build phase and assist in formulating roll-out strategies.
• Deliver technical expertise and architectural direction during significant project milestones.
• Update OneStream, partners, and customer management on personal and project status.
• Conduct reviews of design documents with written feedback, highlighting any design or performance issues.
• Perform application health checks for customers, providing written recommendations and noting any build or performance concerns.
• Assist partners with on-demand design/technical advice or project scoping.
• Provide support for small-scale projects to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Development/Management to test new functionalities as requested.
• Participate in and present at webinars and the annual Splash and Wave conferences, upon request.
• Share global domain expertise with junior members within cross-department subject matter expert groups.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching, teamwork, self-directed learning, and guidance.
• Actively promote OneStream’s engagement methodology, core values, ethics, and business attitudes to peers.
• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant CPM experience, including more than 5 years with OneStream.
• Familiarity with financial accounting processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities (consulting, banking, research).
• Excellent technological skills related to product implementation.
• Experience working with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
• Proficient in essential computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
