📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of AI projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and alignment with client expectations and project scope.

• Supervise project teams, delivery methods, resource distribution, and issue resolution across various engagements.

• Collaborate with leaders in market development, architecture, engineering, and governance to provide integrated AI solutions.

• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including communication of status updates, risk management, and escalation processes.

• Promote delivery standards, process enhancements, and the application of best practices across projects and teams.

• Assist in the financial management of engagements, including forecasting, utilization monitoring, margin oversight, and managing changes effectively.

• Exemplify strong leadership, client service, and professional integrity in all endeavors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.

• At least 6 years of supervisory experience required.

• Active CPA or equivalent certification is essential.

• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks as necessary.

• Proficient in relevant technology applications.

• Proven capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels, internally and externally.

• Established reputation for high business integrity, client service excellence, and leadership abilities.
