This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, providing guidance on deal structuring, policy, economics, and governance for both new and existing clients.
• Oversee the design and execution of the Falcon Flex deal lifecycle, which includes new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals.
• Manage comprehensive Falcon Flex deal reviews and approval workflows to ensure transactions are compliant and optimized.
• Collaborate on deal strategy and execution with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and clients.
• Assist in non-standard transactions through cross-functional review and approval processes.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate commercial terms, risk, and operational impact.
• Relay deal recommendations, risks, and updates to senior cross-functional leadership.
• Provide insight on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging go-to-market offerings.
• Work in partnership with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Alliance teams to promote policy alignment, operational efficiency, and automation.
• Identify and spearhead process and system enhancements related to Falcon Flex deal execution.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or similar roles within a SaaS environment.
• In-depth understanding of subscription and ARR business models.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, BI/data analysis, and deal evaluation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT departments.
• Strategic and consultative mindset with strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
