This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee incrementality measurement across various marketing channels and collaborate with channel analysts on the design and interpretation of tests.
β’ Utilize causal inference methods when clean testing is not an option.
β’ Develop and sustain attribution methodologies for direct mail, digital, partnerships, and email, incorporating non-click channels.
β’ Transform measurement findings into recommendations for spend allocation within marketing and finance budgets.
β’ Employ marketing mix models in conjunction with experiments and attribution, addressing any discrepancies between methods.
β’ Streamline recurring measurement reporting through automation.
β’ Guide analysts and evaluate their measurement projects.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product leaders on marketing measurement initiatives.
β’ Minimum of 8 yearsβ experience in data science or a related quantitative field, primarily focused on measuring marketing or growth expenditures.
β’ Practical experience in designing and analyzing incrementality tests.
β’ Strong understanding of causal inference that goes beyond standard A/B testing methodologies.
β’ Proficient knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution, including their limitations.
β’ Excellent skills in Python and SQL.
β’ Proven experience in measurement projects that influenced marketing budget allocation.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Adeptness in evaluating whether evidence supports a plan and determining whether results are actionable.
β’ Capable of working independently, defining project scopes, and managing them from inception to completion in uncertain circumstances.
β’ A PhD or master's degree in statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools that can enhance analysis and reporting processes is preferred.
