• Over 10 years in Product Management, with significant experience in data-centric, platform, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record in defining, launching, and scaling products that leverage data, analytics, recommendations, or machine learning.
• Profound understanding of data collection, modeling, governance, measurement, and exposure through products and platforms.
• Strong grasp of the technical landscape in data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and software engineering.
• Skill in converting complex data capabilities into straightforward, valuable customer experiences.
• Experience in formulating product strategies in settings where data serves as a fundamental competitive edge.
• A systems thinker who recognizes reusable capabilities that can benefit multiple products.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and defining new product categories.
• Excellent communication, influence, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
• Background with data products, analytics platforms, recommendation systems, AI-driven experiences, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with contemporary data platforms and concepts, including semantic layers, governance, APIs, data sharing, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Relevant experience in fintech, payments, or other data-intensive, regulated sectors.
