πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the Technical Architect for intricate and large-scale solutions.

β€’ Establish and guide the technical strategy for the organization.

β€’ Play a key role in forming an Argano Technical Architecture practice and promoting the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.

β€’ Lead and mentor a team of technical architects, offering direction on complex projects.

β€’ Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that technical initiatives align with business objectives.

β€’ Assess and integrate new technologies to improve organizational capabilities.

β€’ Represent the technical architecture function during client meetings and discussions.

β€’ Coordinate and provide leadership in the development of project plans, analysis, design, and execution of complex mission-critical project implementations.

β€’ Lead and engage in implementations, enhancements, and the extension of applications.

β€’ Promote best practices for operational monitoring of technical interfaces and extensions.

β€’ Work with other departments to ensure technical strategies are in alignment.

β€’ Maintain strict adherence to design/solution standards and ensure that enhancements are well-documented, approved, and communicated to all client users, including C-level executives, through comprehensive version control management.

β€’ Facilitate discussions with client teams to adopt best practices for implementing and maintaining technical solutions.

β€’ Collaborate with business users to test the entire process following development and address any issues reported by users.

β€’ Utilize Databricks partner ecosystem tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Coalesce, Alation) to aid in data integration, transformation, and governance initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

β€’ 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture.

β€’ Proven leadership experience, with a successful track record of leading technical teams.

β€’ Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.

β€’ Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

β€’ Databricks Engineer Associate or Professional Certification is a significant advantage.
