Principal Data Analyst – Growth, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of thorough, impactful investigations and analyses across Product and Marketing.

• Examine the entire acquisition → activation → conversion → retention process.

• Explore incrementality, attribution and cannibalization, monetization behavior, funnel leakage, and growth efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing leaders and Product Managers, offering insights for essential business decisions.

• Proactively spot anomalies, behavioral trends, and concealed growth opportunities.

• Convert complex analyses into straightforward insights and recommendations.

• Assist in experimentation by defining success metrics, assessing impact, and interpreting results.

• Work together with Data Engineering and Data Science teams when deeper technical implementation is necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience, particularly in growth or marketing analytics.

• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience.

• Knowledge of incrementality analysis.

• Experience in conversion funnel analysis.

• Familiarity with A/B experimentation.

• Understanding of attribution tracking.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with incomplete data.

• Capable of structuring investigations and guiding them from question → analysis → recommendation.

• Excellent communicator, able to respectfully challenge assumptions.
