This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the long-term success of enterprise clients post-go-live, focusing on adoption, growth, renewal, and measurable risk mitigation.
• Spearhead the execution of AI security initiatives, including threat modeling, guardrail design, red-team exercises, control frameworks, and implementation guidance related to the platform.
• Collaborate closely with customer security and engineering teams, converting their AI risk exposure into tangible outcomes that they can present and justify to their board.
• Transform findings from delivery into concise, executive-ready narratives that influence decision-making, rather than merely producing technical documentation.
• Serve as the senior technical representative during enterprise sales processes, presenting, showcasing, and advocating for the solution to CISOs, security architects, and engineering leaders.
• Lead discovery sessions that reveal genuine risk exposure and articulate it into a compelling argument for the platform and associated services.
• Work in partnership with sales to define scope, design solutions, and develop proposals that secure intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements within the Fortune 500.
• Contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and success of the AI security offering in North America.
• Establish repeatable delivery methods and provide feedback from the field to inform product direction.
• Build the foundation of the North America team and expand into a leadership role as the function grows.
• Over 8 years of experience in a senior post-sales technical position, such as customer engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or security consulting at a principal level.
• Extensive, credible expertise in AI and ML security, including adversarial attacks, prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, supply-chain risk, and the threat landscape surrounding LLMs and agentic systems.
• A proven history of managing enterprise customer relationships and outcomes from initial deployment through to expansion.
• Ability to navigate the entire sales cycle while maintaining technical credibility, comfortably engaging with both a CISO and a security engineer in the same day.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivery: you have scoped, directed, and successfully completed complex technical projects with enterprise clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive on creating new initiatives and are comfortable developing the path as you progress.
• Commercial acumen: you understand deal mechanics, pipeline dynamics, and what it takes to succeed, while being attentive to metrics.
• Inquisitive nature: you stay updated on emerging technology out of genuine interest and have hands-on experience with AI systems.
• Ownership mentality: you hold yourself accountable for long-term outcomes, not just immediate launches.
• Strongly preferred:
• Direct experience in securing LLM deployments within enterprise contexts, including RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, fine-tuning, and related security considerations.
• Background in offensive security, red teaming, or adversarial ML research, with an understanding of how these systems can be attacked as well as defended.
• Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and SOC 2.
• Specialized knowledge in a regulated sector, including financial services, healthcare, defense, or critical infrastructure.
• A visible public presence in the field: through speaking, writing, research, or a recognized reputation in AI security.
• Experience in establishing a practice, service line, or methodology from the ground up.
• Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
• Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
• Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
