This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation process for clients from the initiation phase to a successful launch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as their main point of contact.
• Assist clients in utilizing the Swift Scheduling Copilot and ensure high levels of adoption.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess adoption rates, collect feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address issues and relay client priorities.
• Anticipate potential adoption risks and devise action plans to mitigate them before they escalate.
• Ensure clients achieve significant operational enhancements and an exceptional user experience.
• Monitor message volume among Swift users for any issues, responding quickly to both Product/Technology teams and users.
• Be present at client sites (hospitals) during implementation phases and for periodic in-person meetings.
• Design and continuously refine our onboarding methodology.
• Develop implementation playbooks, templates, and resources for clients.
• Create repeatable processes that can scale as our client base expands.
• Define and monitor client health metrics and operational KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance our understanding of client success.
• Document standard operating procedures and internal best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI and software tools.
• Suggest enhancements to internal workflows that boost consistency and efficiency.
• Recognize recurring client challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Transform client feedback into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance usability and workflows.
• Help establish the standard for an outstanding client experience and consistently elevate expectations.
• Possess experience in Account Management, Client Implementation, Consulting, Program Management, Healthcare Operations, or a similar client-facing operational role.
• Reside in the Greater Atlanta, GA area and be capable of working remotely while supporting onsite client engagements as required.
• Be available for occasional meetings at Swift's Tech Square office (via Catalyst by Wellstar).
• Have a strong passion for resolving complex problems and continually enhancing processes.
• Demonstrate initiative in creating and optimizing workflows without waiting for directions.
• Enjoy forming robust relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
• Strategically think to design scalable programs while also leading hands-on client implementations.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, clinicians, operational leaders, and technical teams.
• Exhibit high levels of organization, adaptability, and comfort in managing multiple priorities.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and ownership are emphasized.
• Have 4–8 years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, account management, or other client-facing operational roles (healthcare technology experience is highly preferred).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is advantageous.
• Demonstrate proven experience in leading client onboarding, implementation, or deployment projects.
• Show a history of success in designing, implementing, and enhancing operational processes.
• Possess strong project and/or program management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Be proficient in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have a strong background in healthcare operations, digital health, or healthcare technology, which is highly desirable.
• Base salary ranging from $73,000 to $86,000 (depending on skills and experience), along with commission for each full contract renewal.
